1. Return Product Definition
When customers complete purchases either through product consultation or directly via our platform, we provide support in obtaining relevant technical or product-related assistance. However, dissatisfaction with a product may arise due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, if the customer requests a return and meets the conditions of the mall’s return policy, the transaction will be treated as a return and a refund will be issued accordingly.
2. Refund Policy
According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, online shoppers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (including weekends, excluding national holidays) from the date the goods are received. However, this period is not considered a trial period, particularly for products involving intellectual property rights (e.g., online courses). Once you access or log in to the course platform, the product is considered used and cannot be returned.
To protect your rights, please follow our return procedures. After we receive your request, our Customer Service team will review the case. If approved, we will proceed with the refund process.
Please note:
- – Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both delivery and return of physical goods.
- – Any cross-border customs duties or merchandise tax will not be refunded.
- – Returns are not accepted due to personal preferences after the cooling-off period has expired.
- – For goods involving a deposit-based purchase (e.g., courses), the cooling-off period begins upon deposit payment. If you access the course during that time, the purchase is deemed confirmed.

- Evidence of fraud or unauthorized transaction;
- Compliance with credit card, ACH, and legal rules;
- Other factors deemed appropriate by the mall.
3. Return Procedure

If approved, you will be guided through the administrative process. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the return is completed.

If a customer is found to engage in excessive or abusive return behavior, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their purchasing privileges at our sole discretion.
